Alpha-Link21000 is an Ethernet/IP to DF1 Converter, alternative to the 1761-Net-ENI, also providing the same capabilities as the AlphaLink-22100MM, ModTCP converter.
With the discontinuation of the 1761-NET-ENI, AlphaNet engineered replacement AlphaLink-21000-DEIP: Ethernet/IP to DF1 Gateway Converter.
This solution provides a replacement to the 1761-NET-ENI, interfacing newer Ethernet/IP equipment to older DF1 Devices in all the application needs of the ENI.

Alpha-Link21000 converts ASCII serial data to Ethernet/IP and sends data to a PLC register/tag. This converter transfers ASCII serial data from an AB PLC to an Ethernet/IP PLC Gateway.
The Alpha-Link21000-AEIP can connect up to 2 ASCII serial devices to an array of PLCs. PLCs include SLC 5/05, PLC-5 with Ethernet/IP, and Micrologix, Compactlogix & Controllogix.
Bar code scanners, measurement equipment and RF ID readers are connected with one RS232 port and one RS232/RS422/RS485 serial port.
The Alpha-Link21000 can easily be setup with our browser based software configuration. You can simply set the serial port settings, messaging, tags & IPs settings.

Integrate newer Ethernet/IP devices into Modbus RTU Controllers. The Alpha-Link21000 can connect up to 32 Ethernet/IP adapters to a Modbus Controller. This is an ideal solution for providing Modbus logging on your Ethernet/IP devices.
Up to 496 bytes of EtherNet/IP data can be mapped in each direction from up to 32 devices. Once the data is manually entered for each EtherNet/IP connection, the data is automatically mapped by the gateway to Modbus RTU.
